People Operations is the team employees turn to when they need answers, support, or help navigating the details of work life. We are looking for someone who enjoys being that reliable resource, the person who keeps things organized, accurate, and moving forward.

If you are someone who catches the small details others miss, keeps processes on track, and takes pride in work that is done carefully and correctly, you will likely enjoy this role.

In this role, you will be one of the people employees turn to when they have questions about policies, systems, or the details of work life. You will help keep the many moving parts of People Operations organized and on track, from onboarding and records to answering employee questions and supporting important internal processes.

The details matter in this job. Accuracy, organization, and follow through are important. At the same time, you will be working with a team that takes the work seriously but also believes the day goes better when people can laugh, enjoy each other, and not take themselves too seriously.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to employee questions about policies, systems, and People Ops processes

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities so employees transition smoothly in and out of the organization

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation

  • Review time entries and assist with payroll documentation and accuracy checks

  • Coordinate workers compensation claims and support return to work processes

    What You'll Bring

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work

  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities

  • A steady and dependable approach when priorities shift

  • Comfort following established processes and procedures

  • Strong communication skills and a helpful, supportive mindset

  • Professional judgment when handling confidential information

What You'll Love About Working Here

  • A team that works hard, supports each other, and finds time to laugh during the day

  • A role where organization and attention to detail truly matter

  • Opportunities to improve systems and help processes run better

  • Medical benefits including Direct Primary Care access, along with dental and vision coverage

  • Opportunities to learn, build new skills, and grow in your role

  • Optional team activities like our employee book club

If you enjoy structured work, solving problems thoughtfully, and helping people navigate the details of work life, we would love to hear from you.

When applying, please include a short note explaining why accurate, well organized work is important in a role like this.
