9490 Watson Rd, St. Louis, MO 63126, USA | SLS Inside Sales | Hourly | 24.00-27.00 per hour Eligible for up to $2,000 per year in performance incentives | Full Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm | 1 Saturday per month | On-call rotation

You will handle 25–75 inbound calls a day while also driving outbound campaigns to generate new business. Every conversation is an opportunity to convert, upsell, or create a long-term customer.
You need to be steady, organized, and confident. When it gets busy, you do not get flustered. You lock in.

What You Need:
2+ years of retail, direct sales, or customer-facing sales experience
Confidence and strong closing instincts
Consistent follow-through and attention to detail
