Rigid Tactical HSTC Exercise Planner in Kern County, CA,
Rigid Tactical is seeking a highly skilled Exercise Planner & Operations Specialist to support high-stakes military training coordination at NAWS China Lake. The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert in range logistics, security clearance tracking, and long-range training synchronization, ensuring seamless execution of complex training evolutions for senior Command.

Clearance: Active Secret
Compensation: $30.32.Hourly (SCA Contract) 5.09 Hourly (Health & Welfare) $36.01 per hour
Required Qualifications
Military Operations & Planning: Minimum of 2 years of management-level experience within the past 4 years.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Systems Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with JPAS and DISS.
Security Clearance: Must hold an active Secret clearance.
Communication: Proven ability to interface with senior Command and manage administrative functions in high-pressure, restricted environments.
Primary Responsibilities Operations & Training Management
Exercise Design: Develop and oversee comprehensive schedules for advanced training evolutions and large-scale exercises.
Range Oversight: Direct all demolition and range scheduling specifically for NAWS China Lake facilities.
Strategic Planning: Maintain Master Training Calendars and synchronize short- and long-range training objectives in coordination with all levels of Command.
Security & Personnel Readiness
Clearance Tracking: Manage personnel security data through JPAS/DISS to ensure 100% compliance for range access.
Logistics & Billeting: Oversee barracks billeting and track personnel readiness for units utilizing restricted training areas.
Administrative & Systems Optimization
Information Management: Screen departmental correspondence, initiate administrative actions, and maintain a master library of regulatory references.
Reporting: Standardize electronic forms and track recurring technical reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
Records Management: Provide oversight for records maintenance, correspondence screening, and the generation of technical reports.
