What you’ll do

Step into the role of Senior Java Developer at our company, where you will play a crucial role in designing and developing the most critical mechanisms for the widely used and long-lasting product.

ROLE AND TASKS

• Developing the core part of e-commerce solution

• Actively driving or participating in addressing non-functional requirements such as performance, security, continuous integration, migration and compatibility

• Formulating and promoting best practices, sharing knowledge to onboard and enabling other team members

• Innovating development approaches

• Putting high quality of the product first throughout the software development cycle

• Participating in peer reviews and technical discussions within the team

• Being a member of an agile team that is part of an international organization

• Working closely with product managers, architects, other developers, quality specialists and technical writers

What you bring

• Proficiency and deep understanding of Java programming and the Spring framework

• A strong commitment to consistently producing high-quality, functional outcome

• Capability and enthusiasm to innovate and adapt to evolving technologies, frameworks, and more.

• Expertise in relational databases

• Experience in a Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) environment, including familiarity with related processes and tools

• Extensive understanding and hands-on experience with security and performance concepts

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Compensation Range Transparency

SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture, representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range, which includes both base salary and variable incentive targets for the career level of the posted role. The target range for this position is 255500 - 383300(PLN) . The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a target amount, with the actual payout depending on both company and individual performance.
