Our BAYADA Willow Grove Pediatric Office is interested in a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We are currently seeking day and overnight shift nurses for our infant clients in Glenside and Elkins Park.
Our 9 month old client in Elkins Park has history of late prematurity, HIE, spastic CP, epilepsy and chronic respiratory failure. He is on a BiPAP and is GJT dependent. Our 7 month old client in Glenside is trach, ventilator dependent and has a G-tube. He has pulmonary hypertension and chronic respiratory failure. We have a team of nurses from our Home Intensive Care Unit HICU™ Health Service team ready to train you with our adorable infant cases! Develop your skills to high-acuity, hospital-level care in the home setting.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?
Traditional shifts (8's, 10's, 12's)
Hands-on care with only one client per day
Building client relationships and watching their milestones
No weekend requirements
What your day looks like with BAYADA:
Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician
Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

Qualifications for a private duty RN:
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
A current nursing license in good standing in the state
Pay: $33/hr-$40/hr
