Keep the facility building in clean and orderly condition. perform routing maintenance activities, regular cleaning duties in each of the patients rooms, cafeteria, loungin area, facilities offices, restrooms, etc.
Duties mauyinclude heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shamppoing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish, debris from sidewalk near the building. May include tending furnace adn boiler. Notify management of
need for repairs.
