Part-Time Bus Driver - Dawson Urban Transportation
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school with one year experience in driving a van or bus or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Clean driving record and must maintain a Montana driver's license or valid commercial driver's license and other endorsements as mandated by law and/or policy. A background check and pre-employment drug and alcohol test are required. Must be able to carry and/or lift 40 pounds to help with packages.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist passengers in getting on and off the van or bus. Transport individuals from one location within town or county in safe, efficient, and pleasant manner. Monitor the operation of van or bus; report needed repairs. Effectively communicate orally and in writing; visually observe operations in detail. Must be available to be on call to fill in for other drivers when needed.
POSITION: Part-Time position working approximately 20 hours every two weeks.
STARTING WAGE: $17.59 per hour.
