Talent & Training Development Coordinator

Job Description

The Talent & Training Development Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing digital learning projects and launching automated learning campaigns. This includes managing content within systems like Workday and LinkedIn Learning, ensuring that courses are updated and effectively integrated. The role is ideal for individuals who are adept at working within a Learning Management System (LMS) and are interested in the potential of transitioning to a full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Load various digital learning projects into their respective files.

  • Launch and automate digital learning campaigns using platforms like Workday.

  • Update and maintain courses within the learning system.

  • Support other areas of the talent team as needed.

  • Work collaboratively with other groups to roll out and launch training sessions.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with Workday or similar platforms.

  • Strong human resources and talent development skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and working through checklists effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience or HR support experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

Work Environment

The position offers a hybrid work environment, requiring 2-3 days in the office located in Glendale, with the remaining days remote. Generally, Monday and Friday are designated as work-from-home days. The role includes some flexibility in scheduling.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
