Actalent Product Support Specialist in Glendale, California
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers and address their product challenges.
Become the subject matter expert on a specific product.
Read and interpret blueprints and customer proposals.
Collaborate with design and other engineering departments to respond to customer questions.
Support the implementation of interconnect solutions.
Essential Skills
1-2 years of experience needed
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering.
Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read blueprints or schematics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and vendors.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
