Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings
Assisting with individualized learning and behavior plans
Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists
Helping create a calm, consistent, and uplifting learning environment
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of pediatric experience (preferred)
6 months to 1 year of ABA experience (preferred)
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
