Job Description
We are seeking dedicated machine operators to join our team, working as web handlers in our adhesive production facility. The role involves working in either the ARx or AR side of our operations, focusing on medical/pharmaceutical products and basic adhesive manufacturing, respectively.
Responsibilities
Train on policies, protocols, and procedures necessary to perform assigned duties effectively.
Engage in a variety of packaging operations, including primary and secondary packaging, material handling, and cleaning/sanitization.
Perform in-process sampling, inspection, and testing as directed.
Execute responsibilities according to documented procedures, adhering to Pharmaceutical Manufacturing cGMPs consistent with 21-CFR-211 guidelines.
Accurately complete process-related paperwork and operational documentation.
Seek assistance from Technical Operators or Supervisors for clarification on uncertainties or unexpected occurrences.
Participate in the adhesive production process, including mixing, coating, and slitting.
Operate machinery and calibrate it for the coating process.
Ensure materials are cut to customer specifications and prepared for shipping.
Essential Skills
Ability to read and interpret work orders and follow basic instructions.
Generic mechanical aptitude.
Basic computer skills.
Understanding of machine operation, setup, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous machine operating experience is advantageous but not required.
High school diploma required for ARx side.
Ability to pass a financial background check for ARx side.
Willingness to comply with clean room dress code requirements, including the removal of jewelry and makeup.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glen Rock, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.10/hr.
