ManpowerGroup Machine Operator - 2nd in Glen Rock, Pennsylvania
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd
Location: Glen Rock, PA
Pay Range: $21-$24
Shift: 2nd shift 2pm-10pm Mon-Fri (training on 1st)
What's the Job?
Set up and operate coating and slitting equipment to ensure efficient production
Perform visual inspections and testing of products to meet quality standards
Adjust equipment settings and perform preventive maintenance as needed
Accurately document work and inventory transactions
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in manufacturing or web handling preferred
Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, bending, and lifting
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
