Why Work Here?
You will join a stable, team-oriented environment that values safety, cleanliness, and collaboration. The organization offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical (PPO), dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability, voluntary life insurance, and employee assistance programs. Work Environment
This role operates in a very clean, well-lit manufacturing facility, with some areas approaching clean-room standards. The environment is not overly fast-paced, but the team stays consistently busy and engaged. Because the facility manufactures adhesive products, there are a variety of noticeable smells throughout the building; while not unpleasant, some areas can have stronger odors that candidates should be comfortable with. The Facilities Maintenance team is a small, focused group separate from the Manufacturing Maintenance team.
