About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and hardworkingPool Construction Laborerto join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and has experience in pool building, carpentry, concrete, and general construction. Youll be involved in all phases of pool constructionfrom site prep to finish workhelping create high-quality residential and commercial pool installations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all stages of pool construction, including excavation, framing, plumbing, and finishing
- Perform concrete work such as forming, mixing, and pouring
- Work with carpentry tools and materials for decking, framing, and structural components
- Install liners, equipment, and pool-related systems
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow project plans, safety guidelines, and team instructions
- Support crew members to ensure timely project completion
