Concrete Project Manager

Our client in the Alton area is looking for the following experience for their next Project Manager:
- Experience with self-perform concrete work or in an industrial setting
- Participate in estimate reviews
- Prepare change order proposals or new proposals
- Create job setups for new projects
- Ensure necessary insurances &/or bonding requirements for project are satisfied
- Execute project to owners contractual requirements
- Conduct pre-job meetings
- Develop overall & look ahead schedules
- Responsible for all communication aspects of project with project stakeholders
- Manage submittal process
- Run progress meetings
- Manage RFIs
- Identify change event items throughout duration of project & prepare change requests
- Perform month-end job cost reports
- Manage project close out documents
- Document production information
- Conduct post-job meetings
- Provide performance review input for superintendents
- Capitalize on new business opportunities
- Perform required number of safety audits with at least one comment
- Attend monthly safety meetings
