As a dedicated member of the patient care team, you will play a crucial role in assisting providers and nursing staff with daily office duties in an outpatient setting. Your contribution will help ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Responsibilities
Perform specific duties that support patient care.
Take and record patient vitals.
Conduct client intake procedures.
Room patients efficiently.
Accurately document patient information.
Essential Skills
CMA or RMA certification required before permanent start date.
1+ years of experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
Medical assisting skills including triage and EKG.
Proficiency with electronic health records.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
MA diploma required, no license needed.
Cardiology experience is a plus.
Experience in stress testing is beneficial.
Specialty experience preferred.
Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced cardiology office that is both family-oriented and busy. The main sites are located in Glastonbury, Avon, and West Hartford, with additional sites in Hartford, Wethersfield, Windsor, and Norwich. Availability from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM is required for a full-time schedule.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glastonbury, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
