SEE FARMS PARTNERSHIP Farm Worker in Glasgow, Montana
Temporary Fulltime position from 2/27/2026 to 11/1/2026 40 Hours/week 18.48/ hour US worker H-2A Adverse Housing Compensation Adjustment -$1.80 -- Wage for H-2A workers provided housing is $16.68 The workers will operate farming equipment to prepare, plant, spray, harvest and haul crops. Bail and transport hay. Work with range cattle. Move cattle to and from various summer grazing pastures. Seasonal calving and branding duties. General farm duties such as servicing equipment and maintenance of facility structures. In view of the statutorily established basic function of the Employment Service (ES) as a no-fee labor exchange that is as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the Employment and Training Administration (ETA) nor the State Workforce Agencies (SWA) are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers. Nor does any job order accepted or recruited upon by the ES constitute a contractual job offer to which the ETA or a SWA is in any way a party. Referrals will be accepted from local state employment agency offices. All applicants shall be thoroughly familiarized with the terms and conditions of employment on the job order. Workers meeting all qualifications of the job order should be referred to the employer. Employer will recruit through word-of-mouth efforts and will accept walk-in applicants. Employer will receive referrals of qualified applicants, interview workers, and make hiring commitments. Documentation of legal right to work in the US must be in possession of the worker at the time the worker reports for work, and will be examined by the employer as a condition for completing the hiring process. The employer will compete the USCIS employment eligibility verification for the worker. This ETA 790 is the worker's contract for employment, and the worker will be given a copy of this document no later than the first day of work.
