Are you a compassionate caregiver with a heart for service? We are seeking a dedicated In-Home Support Specialist to provide exceptional, person-centered support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you won't just be an assistant; you’ll be a vital lifeline for our participants, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. What You’ll Do Your day-to-day will focus on providing high-quality care and a safe, healthy environment for our clients. Key responsibilities include: Daily Living Support: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene. Household Management: Prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, and ensure a clean, organized living space. Health & Safety: Provide medication reminders and strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and our high standards of care. Companionship: Offer emotional support and meaningful engagement for clients, including those navigating dementia, developmental disabilities, or other health conditions. What We’re Looking For Experience: Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a related field is preferred. Character: An empathetic, patient nature with a "client-first" mindset. Requirements: Must pass a comprehensive background check and pre-employment drug screen. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
