What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities will vary depending on your specific role, but you can expect to:
Deliver high-quality engineering consultancy services within your area of expertise (Geotechnical, Bridge, Water or Civil Engineering).
Collaborate with regional and national teams on diverse and meaningful infrastructure projects.
Conduct site assessments and contribute to design development.
Prepare technical reports, contract documentation, and oversee construction monitoring.
Manage projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk reporting.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Champion health, safety, and wellbeing in every aspect of your work.

About You
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (Washington Accord preferred).
Ideally 5+ years of professional experience in your field (we have roles at various levels).
Experience working within engineering consultancy environments required.
A full, clean driver’s licence.
Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
