GLD Management Maintenance Technician in Gladwin, Michigan
GLD has an available Full-time position for a roving maintenance laborer at our apartment complexes. $18.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision and paid time off.
- Must have a valid driver's license with own, reliable transportation-preferably a truck to haul tools, equipment and ladders
- Must have own basic hand tools
- Must have an active cell phone
Responsibilities include:
- Staining, painting, some landscaping duties, janitorial duties, and power washing
- General knowledge of plumbing and electrical is a bonus, but not necessary
- Maintenance of turnovers, appliance operation and repair check, carpentry, glass, hardware, doors, carpet and tile experience a bonus, but not necessary
Snow removal such as sidewalks, ice melt, etc.
