Position Summary
Unique Teak is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented individual to assist with marine flooring and installation projects. This position involves hands-on work using power and hand tools in marine environments, including boats and yachts. The ideal candidate will work independently, think ahead during projects, and maintain a high level of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Use power tools and hand tools to install marine flooring products
- Perform work on boats and yachts, both interior and exterior
- Complete plastic welding as part of installation and repair processes
- Measure, cut, fit, and finish flooring materials accurately
- Work independently on assigned projects while maintaining quality standards
- Travel as required for installation projects (global travel opportunities)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Required Qualifications
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to think ahead and problem-solve during installation
- Experience using power tools and hand tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness and ability to travel for work.
- Training is available.
