Attend to hygienic care of clients. Dress and undress clients to change their clothes. Change soiled diapers to clean ones as needed by their clients. Provide oral care. Assist in toilet use. Transport patients from bed to wheelchair as needed. Serve meals and nourishment to clients as directed by supervisor depending on client's diet. Give clients their medication as directed. Accompany clients to community outings, stores, movies and parks.
