Bilingual Quality Lead

Ready to lead quality on the warehouse floor? We’re looking for a hands‑on Quality Lead to own SOPs, support training, and keep our processes running at their best.
What You’ll Do:
Be the go‑to SME for warehouse quality
Create and audit SOPs
Support team training across work areas
Maintain quality records and drive improvements
What You Bring:
2+ years in Quality + team supervision
ISO 9001:2015 experience
Strong communication & computer skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Bilingual: English & Spanish
