Campbell County Communications Technician (Dispatcher) in GILLETTE, Wyoming
Performs a variety of duties involved in the operation of the emergency services systems and various communication devices.
Receives, disseminates and dispatches calls for emergency and non-emergency law enforcement, ambulance, fire, and other services.
Handles highly confidential materials.
Performs the full range of duties as assigned, working independently, and exercising judgment and initiative.
Rotating 10-hour shifts to include nights, holidays, and weekends
Qualifications:
- United States Citizen
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No felony convictions
- Good moral character
Be free of any physical, emotional, or mental condition which might adversely affect the applicant's performance as a communications technician.
