Job Title: Electronics Test Technician Job Description
The Test & Burn-in Technician is responsible for performing product testing operations for electronic assemblies, sub-systems, and finished goods, including activities within the Burn-in Room. This role supports quality assurance efforts by executing test procedures and ensuring that all products meet established performance and reliability standards prior to shipment. This position requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a quality-focused mindset to support the needs of public safety, traffic, industrial, and OEM customers.
Responsibilities
Perform testing procedures across various product lines including LED lightbars, sirens, traffic control systems, and custom electronic assemblies.
Conduct burn-in processes including extended stress testing, thermal cycling, and reliability screening of finished products.
Follow established test methods and maintain test documentation including work instructions and failure analysis reports.
Assist with the setup, maintenance, and operation of automated and manual test fixtures and burn-in racks.
Utilize calibrated test and measurement equipment in accordance with internal Quality Management System and ISO 9001 requirements.
Adhere to Quality Management System and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of test results, failure trends, and calibration status.
Assist with RMA and failure analysis activities in coordination with service, customer support, and engineering teams.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in soldering and electronic assembly techniques.
Ability to hook up testing equipment to PCB boards with fragile nodes.
Familiarity with electrical wiring and soldering assembly processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- General familiarity with assembly electronics, specifically LED flashing lights.

Work Environment
The work environment is an air-conditioned manufacturing facility with calm and clean surroundings. The facility focuses on manufacturing and assembling flashing LED lights for first responder vehicles, construction vehicles, farming equipment, and more.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gilbert, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
