What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma: The part time Laboratory Technician will perform general lab tasks that will assist all technical areas as well as equipment management.
What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For:
Wash glassware per defined procedures Clean lab spaces Assist scientists with sample preparation such as removing labels from vials, preconditioning glassware, and labeling materials to be used in preparation activities Perform chemical inventory, remove expired solutions, and order new chemicals as needed Perform ancillary instrument tasks such as autoclave maintenance, water system data transfer, and responding to temperature excursion alarms Order lab supplies and procure CoAs and SDS documents for new chemicals and supplies Stock lab supplies and PPE in sample prep rooms Assist lab management with tasks as needed
What you will bring on the journey Education: Laboratory technicians are typically currently enrolled in a science degree program
Experience: Relevant experience may be substituted for education. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: A keen interest in gaining exposure to a laboratory environment. Certification/Licensure/Qualification: N/A Instrumentation: As specified Training: N/A

Compensation and Base Annual Pay
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the hourly rate range for this role is USD $20 to USD $24 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
