Description
Hana Industries is recruiting for a Warehouse Customer Service Technician to join our team in Gettysburg for the Federal Communications Commission.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responding to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide problem resolution
Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up or additional information as needed
May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information
Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
Assists in a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience
Must have valid driver's license
Able to lift/carry 50-70 lbs., bend, kneel , reach, pull push
Basic computer proficiency
Team oriented
Outstanding organizational skills
Diligence and attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good dexterity.
