Robert Half Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst in Germantown, Tennessee

Description We are looking for a skilled Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join a thriving private equity firm based in Germantown, Tennessee. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful buy-side M& A transactions while advancing your career with an industry leader. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in executing complex financial strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive analysis for buy-side mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Conduct detailed financial modeling and valuation assessments to support investment decisions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate acquisition opportunities and manage due diligence processes.

• Prepare and present insightful reports and recommendations to senior leadership.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.

• Utilize tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, and ERP systems to streamline acquisition processes.

• Manage budgets, cash flow analysis, and capital management for ongoing transactions.

• Support integration strategies post-acquisition to ensure smooth transitions and operational success.

• Travel occasionally to meet with stakeholders and assess target companies.

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal CRM systems to improve transaction tracking. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing buy-side M& A transactions in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced proficiency in financial tools such as Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, and ERP systems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed cash flow and capital management analyses.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial information effectively.

• Advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; certifications such as CFA or CPA are highly desirable.

• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to dynamic business environments.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and budget planning processes.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes
