Basic manual basic (shoveling, sidewalk work) $17-20 hr as a reasonable starting wage, with higher for more skilled oe on call work.
Plow truck/ operator roles or snow- equipment operator $22-30 hr or more depending on shift (night/early morning), equipment, and responsiibility
*If you require CDL, operate heavy equipment otr take on commerical jobs (parking lot etc) you can command the higher end of the scale
