Recruiting Coordinator
Are you passionate about organization, communication, and being a foundational part of a growing team? Our fast-moving, innovative semiconductor manufacturing startup is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to start ASAP for a 2-month contract with opportunity for extension/hire for the right fit. Help us build our recruiting processes from the ground up while juggling a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment!
What You'll Do:
Serve as the hub for all candidate and hiring manager communication
Post jobs, source, and manage candidates via LinkedIn and other job boards
Organize interviews, feedback, and the recruitment schedule
Keep recruiting activities super-organized and transparent for the team
Help develop and improve processes as we grow
Hold our hiring team accountable- remind us if we owe you updates

What We’re Looking For:
Super organized, excellent at juggling multiple priorities and moving parts
Effective communicator- can follow up with managers and candidates consistently
Experience with LinkedIn job postings and candidate management is highly valued
Comfortable in a startup where processes are still being built
Excited to hold leadership accountable and speak up if you need info
