Job Title:
Final Assembly, Test, and Pack Production Supervisor
Responsibilities
Oversee daily FATP activities, including manual/semi-automated assembly, functional testing, and final packaging
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and targets
Monitor the production line to identify and remove bottlenecks, ensuring a smooth flow of materials and finished goods
Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, IPC-A-610), monitor testing procedures, and manage non-conforming material (NCPR)
Champion a zero-injury, 5S-compliant work environment, ensuring strict adherence to environmental health and safety (EHS) protocols
Train, coach, and mentor production personnel. Conduct performance appraisals, manage attendance, and handle disciplinary actions
Maintain accurate production records and inventory tracking (using MES or ERP systems)
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing initiatives
Work with Engineering, Planning, and Quality departments to resolve technical issues and support NPI activities
Qualifications
3-5 years of supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing, specifically in assembly, test, and packaging (FATP)
Strong understanding of electronic components, server/system integration, and testing equipment
Bachelors degree in technical field or related work experience
Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and Microsoft Office (Excel)
