Restaurant Manager
Position Summary:
Taco Bell is looking for motivated and dependable Restaurant Managers to join our team. In this role, you will help lead daily operations, support team members, and ensure every customer has a positive experience. Whether you are overseeing a shift or helping guide overall restaurant performance, you will play a key role in maintaining our standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- Monitor inventory levels and support ordering as needed
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Support sales goals and help drive restaurant performance
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
