Loan Operations Specialist -- GenoaBank GenoaBank is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Operations Specialist to join their Genoa team. This role performs all duties related to Commercial, Mortgage, and Installment Loan Operations while ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate acts as a resource for Loan Officers, resolves inquiries and issues, recommends process improvements, and provides excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Applicants should have an Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent banking experience and 1--3 years of loan operations or banking experience. This position requires strong collaboration with other departments and a commitment to professional growth through training and workshops.
Hours: Monday--Friday, 8:00 AM--5:00 PM, with some Saturdays and additional hours as needed.
