Adecco US, Inc. Service Coordinator in Geneva, New York

Adecco is assisting a local client in Geneva, NY in their search for a Service Coordinator. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong communication and administrative skills!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $20.00/hour

Position Summary:

The Service Coordinator supports service operations by coordinating technician schedules, communicating with customers, and maintaining service records and billing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming service calls

  • Document phone logs and maintain customer service history

  • Assess customer service needs based on equipment

  • Schedule technicians and coordinate travel for service calls

  • Invoice billable services including phone support, field service, and repairs

  • Manage technician expense reports and monitor billable expenses

  • Assist with budgeting and estimating for future service calls and installations

  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for larger installations

  • Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate technician schedules

  • Communicate promptly with customers and technicians

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Experience with Microsoft NAV preferred; familiarity with SAP or Great Plains a plus

  • Team-oriented with the ability to support multiple departments

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
