You will monitor and analyze daily activities, capex projects to ensure expenditures stay within budget and on schedule.
How you will contribute
You will:
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and yearly budget forecasts
Lead month-end and year-end close activities
Monitoring, and analyzing daily activities; product costing, cost variances, and budget spend
Work in a supportive manner with procurement to conduct financial analyses for price changes
Monitor capex projects to ensure that capital expenditures stay within budget and on schedule, flag deviations for review
Provide support for achieving plant KPIs (GE, loss, conversion cost)
Support productivity agenda (process improvement, loss elimination, cost management)
To be present on the production floor (2 days a week), work closely with production team to ensure that everything runs smoothly on budget.
What you will bring
Proven working experience in finance functions (+ 2 years)
Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS office and financial software applications
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Degree in finance, economics or related fields
