Responsible for electrical maintenance activities in terms of corrective , planned and predictive maintenance scopes. Management of the outsourced maintenance activities. Application and execution of energy management with the responsibility of "Plant Energy Manager"
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Responsibilities
Plan and execute maintenance schedules for electrical systems (LV/MV/HV)
Troubleshoot faults and ensure minimal downtime
Oversee transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, and control panels
Ensure proper documentation of all electrical assets
Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, local codes)
Conduct risk assessments and enforce lockout/tagout procedures
Manage external service providers and maintenance contractors
Review and approve technical work and reports
Energy Management Responsibilities
Track electricity consumption using meters and energy management systems
Analyze usage trends and identify inefficiencies
Develop and implement initiatives to reduce energy consumption
Optimize load distribution and power factor
Ensure compliance with energy regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 50001)
Prepare energy performance reports for management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant engineering departments.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance at industrial manufacturing plants.
Experience at applications and executions of energy efficiency systems.
Having "High Voltage Plants Operating Responsibility Certification"
Having "Energy Manager Certificate"
Ability to live in İstanbul or Kocaeli
Desired Characteristics
Strong technical expertise in electrical maintenance , automation, digitalization and High Voltage applications
Demonstrated ability to analyze supplier quality issues and drive effective root cause resolution
Experience with supplier audits, NCR management, and corrective action processes
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to plan, document, and execute quality improvement initiatives
Effective cross-functional and supplier engagement skill
Having Siemens, Beckhoff or ABB PLC, Drive training certification is preferred
Strong verbal and written English language skills
Good knowledge of PLC and SCADA programming
