Honeywell Software Engineer - hybrid in Gdańsk, Poland
We are seeking an Software Engineer to join our dynamic 10-person delivery team, focusing on the MB ecosystem of intrusion and access control products. This role is ideal for a highly skilled and experienced professional with proven expertise in software and firmware development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge solutions that enhance security and operational efficiency.

Design and execute test plans to verify and validate product performance and reliability
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvement or resolution of issues
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution
Develop and implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy
Document and report test results and findings to stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science, strong knowledge of verification and validation processes and methodologies
Experience in designing and executing test plans, proficiency in test automation tools and techniques
Experience with Linux and ability to navigate using command line, experience with virtualization technologies and docker containers
Ability to interact with REST APIs to support test automation (can be through tooling such as Postman, but programmatically is a plus)
Ability to interact with data that is JSON formatted (XML, YML, TOML also useful)
Understanding of capabilities of LLMs, VLMs, embedding models, and vector databases
