Honeywell Advanced Software Engineer (QA) - hybrid in Gdańsk, Poland
As a Advanced Software Engineer (QA) here at Honeywell (Gdańsk) you will be responsible for assuring quality and reliability of the LenelS2 OnGuard system. In this role, you will impact the security landscape by contributing to industry-leading solutions which protect and manage critical infrastructure for our clients, enhancing their operational efficiency and safety. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Gdańsk location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software products
Writing product documentation drafts (in the form of manuals, notes and hints for the users), through the course of working with the developing software
Collaborating with software developers to understand software functionalities, ensuring seamless integration of testing and documentation writing activities as part of a scrum team’s work
At least 1 year of experience in software testing or equivalent
Practical experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
Knowledge of QA automation tools (e.g. Postman, JMeter, Selenium) , experience with and willingness to leverage GenAI tools like OpenAI ChatGPT
Native-like English skills (preferably background in philology or experience working professionally with English, e.g. translator, teacher), good written and verbal Polish communication skills
Technical background or passion for technology
