We are looking for a creative, driven, and passionate Senior Advanced UX Designer to build innovative products. As a member of an agile team, you will be responsible for transforming complex functions into intuitive, accessible, and frictionless designs for end users globally. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Data Scientists, and Engineers throughout the design process - from creating user flows and annotated wireframes to building prototypes and high-fidelity user interfaces. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them.

• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering to drive UX decisions balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.

• Design, implement, and validate (UX/UI) deliverables for complex, role-based enterprise security environments where usability, compliance, and reliability are critical.

• Translate complex security workflows into intuitive, scalable user experiences.

• Lead UX/UI design from discovery through launch across global enterprise applications (desktop, web, mobile).

• Shape how enterprise customers interact with security systems used at a global scale — simplifying complexity and delivering confidence through design.

• Provide UX leadership by setting design standards, patterns, or frameworks across teams and products

• 7+ years of industry experience

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or relevant experience

• Passion to develop high-quality and intuitive User Interfaces

• Experience designing UX including but not limited to personas, user journeys, functional designs, experience designing UIs including wireframes, prototyping, and visual design concepts

• Experience with multi-platform development, including responsive design

• Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional partners and navigating trade-offs between UX, technical, and business constraints, desire to stay current with changing trends and technologies

• Portfolio demonstrating enterprise UX problem-solving, systems thinking, and end-to-end design impact
