You will support Master Data Analysts and Specialists in day-to-day transaction processing and will be responsible for submitting and completing operational and/or clerical tasks as assigned by the Master Data Analyst or Senior Team Lead. You will report directly to the Master Data Senior Team Lead, with a functional reporting line to the Master Data Senior Analyst.

What You'll Do

• You will prepare master data extractions needed by various business stakeholders.

• You will consolidate, request approval for, release, and archive monthly reports for Master Data.

• You will perform global IDoc extractions, assign tasks, and monitor their status.

• You will handle ServiceNow (SNOW) assignments and monitor progress.

• You will participate in the bi-annual review of users with administrative access in the Certification system.

• You will review software version control records as part of regular audits.

• You will conduct quarterly controls to validate that no changes have been made to DAM Rules in the Certification system.

What We're Looking For

• You are actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field.

• You have basic knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• You are able to provide a School/University MOA and an Endorsement Letter.

• You demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail.

• You have excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.

• You enjoy engaging in extracurricular activities and work well in a team setting.

• You value diversity and show an understanding of cultural sensitivity.
