The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Talent Acquisition Coordinator in GBS Heredia Office, Costa Rica
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and compliant hiring experience. This position supports the full recruitment lifecycle by coordinating hiring activities, serving as the first point of contact for candidates and stakeholders, and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high‑quality candidate engagement across all Talent Acquisition processes.

Ensures a smooth, compliant hiring experience by coordinating key recruitment activities, maintaining process consistency, and supporting candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Enables recruiting teams to hire efficiently and at scale by maintaining data accuracy, operational momentum, and strong collaboration across Talent Acquisition.
What You Will Do
Support candidate and employee inquiries and provide coordination across Talent Acquisition processes.
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and travel logistics as needed.
Manage pre‑employment activities, including background checks, offer letters, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the ATS and other Talent Acquisition systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), including participation in audits and continuous improvement efforts.
Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to support efficient hiring, reporting, analytics, and candidate experience initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday).
Experience working with Form I‑9 and HireRight preferred.
