Assembly Line Worker – Door & Frame Production
Position Summary
We are looking for dependable Assembly Line Workers to support the high‑volume production of doors and frames. You will perform one of several key operations in the assembly process, helping produce approximately 1,200 doors per day. Tasks may include stapling frames, applying adhesives, installing internal cores, setting front and back panels, stacking completed doors on pallets, and moving assembled units into compression equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform assigned assembly tasks for door and frame production within a fast‑paced line environment.
Staple frames, apply glue, install cores, and position front and back panels according to work instructions.
Palletize completed doors and transfer them to compression machines for final processing.
Follow documented procedures to maintain quality, consistency, and safe operation.
Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or assembly issues.
Support team needs by assisting in other workstations when required.
Essential Skills
Proficiency using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or work diagrams.
Mechanical aptitude with experience in general mechanical assembly.
Familiarity with woodworking or construction‑related processes is helpful.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of assembly or production experience.
Prior woodworking experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work standing, lift materials, and meet the physical demands of a production line environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gaylord, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
