Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract - Immediate Need)
Beacon Hill Financial is hiring an AP Specialist for a 2-3 month contract with an ASAP start for a client of ours in the Gaylord, MN area. This is a great opportunity for someone who can jump in quickly and keep things moving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Location: Gaylord, MN (100% onsite, flexible hours)
Pay: $25-$29/hr (DOE)
What you'll do:
Process high-volume invoices (up to 100/day) in an ERP system (SAP preferred)
Review and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
Communicate with vendors to address questions and outstanding items
Assist with month-end close (accruals, reclasses, reporting support)
Maintain organized records and support special projects as needed
What we're looking for:
2+ years of AP experience in an ERP environment
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to work independently
Manufacturing experience is a plus
