Anakeesta is seeking
Ridge Rambler Truck Drivers.Theyare one of the first faces our Guests see when visiting Anakeesta, and you set the tone for our Guests' first experience in our Park! You are responsible for safely transporting guests to and from Anakeesta Theme Park so all drivers
must have a
Class A or B CDL and a Passenger Endorsementto be considered for the position.
Responsibilities
- Being knowledgeable and complying with all DOT related requirements.
- Participate in pre-employed and random drug testing.
- Promote and clearly explain Anakeesta activities to guests. Including but not limited to operation hours, special events, closures, or any additional general park information.
- Being proficient on the different routes to the top of the park
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness of all parts of the vehicles, parkway, and plaza space.
- Ensuring Opening/Closing procedures and checklists are performed and completed.
- Completing, maintaining, and documenting daily pre and post vehicle inspections, maintenance needs, inventory needs, and guests counts on each transport in a timely manner.
- Communicating with the transportation supervisor and vehicle maintenance technicians to maintain upkeep on all vehicles.
- Assist in all parkway operations, and special/promotional events as needed.
- Managing the transportation que lines for crowd control.
- Ensuring all guests have the proper tickets and that scanners are working accurately.
- Assist with employee transport as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Class A/B CDL with passenger endorsement
- Clean 3-year MVR
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Proven CDL experience
- Active DOT medical card
- Proficient communication skills.
- Able to work in all-weather conditions.
- Available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.; can push, pull, grasp, lift, kneel, stoop, climb, balance, crouch, and crawl.
- Ability to operate a truck for long periods of time.
