Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise: Oversee nursing staff, ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, treatments, and care plans, prioritizing the health and well-being of residents.
Collaborate: Work closely with the interdisciplinary team, residents, and families to create a personalized care experience.
Mentor and Train: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
Monitor and Document: Maintain accurate records of resident care, treatments, and progress using our advanced documentation systems.
Problem-Solve: Address clinical issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
Licensure: Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and inspire a team.
