At Bauman\'s Processing LLC., We raise specialty pasture-based hogs on non-GMO and hormone-free feed, processing and delivering them to the ethnic grocery stores within 48 hours. Our piglets arrive the first week of February, workers will prepare barns for piglet arrival. Preparing bedding, feeders and waterers. Workers will be responsible for the care and feeding of livestock, piglets and hogs. Moving the livestock from pasture to pasture. Repairing fencing and farm building/shelters. The entire operation is located on the farm and the animals processed are 100% raised by Baumans Processing LLC. Workers will perform all facets of cleaning, processing and packaging of the hogs in preparation for the market. Workers will also perform other general farm duties as assigned to keep the farm in operating order under SOC code 45-2093.00
Housing provided only to non-local workers (i.e. permanent residence outside normal commuting distance). Only workers may occupy housing. Employer provides separate sleeping and bathroom facilities for each gender. Employer possesses and controls premises at all times. Workers residing in employer-provided housing are responsible for maintaining living quarters and common areas in a neat and

Employer does not provide meals. Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dishwashing facilities for meal preparation. Dining, kitchen/cooking facilities and other common areas shared by all workers. For workers residing in employer-provided housing, employer will provide free transportation once per week to/from closest town or city for personal errands (e.g., Workers purchase their own groceries, banking services, shopping). In the event that kitchen facilities become unavailable during the contract period, employer will provide three daily meals in accordance with 20 CFR 655.122(g) In such circumstances, employer will not charge for such meals.
