Job description:
Jones Advisors HR Consulting is actively searching for a dynamic, Accounts and Office Operations Specialist, for one of our clients in the high-end construction industry.
Must be pleasant, detail-oriented with strong bookkeeping experience and possess moderate administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Support payroll processing and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
- Provide minor administrative support (calendar help, vendor coordination, manage executive calendar, basic office tasks )
Requirements
2+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience
Strong QuickBooks Online skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
