Description
Our team is seeking an experienced Controller for an on-site position in Gardner, MA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Oracle financial systems. Experience with Adaptive is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Utilize Oracle systems for financial reporting and process improvements
Collaborate across departments to support strategic business initiatives
Lead internal and external audits
Analyze financial data to assist in executive decision-making
Mentor and guide accounting staff
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
At least five years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
Advanced proficiency with Oracle financial systems
Experience with Adaptive is advantageous
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work full-time on-site in Gardner, MA
