Job Title: Installation Technician / Construction Laborer (HIRING IMMEDIATLEY)
Location: WEST LA & Pasadena
Job Overview
Support the installation of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), including site prep, framing, roofing, and finishing tasks. Operate tools/equipment, maintain a safe worksite, and work closely with the team to complete projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
Assist with ADU installation and general construction tasks
Operate and maintain tools and equipment
Load/unload materials
Keep job sites clean and safe
Follow all safety procedures
Work collaboratively with the crew and supervisors
Perform additional tasks as assigned
Required Skills
2–3 years of construction or general labor experience
Ability to operate basic construction tools
Strong physical stamina
Knowledge of construction safety practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Preferred Skills
Mechanical aptitude
Carpentry skills
Familiarity with hand/power tools
Basic blueprint reading
Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
