What you´ll build
Your tasks will entail:
Conduct research and analyze information from stakeholders, internal dashboards, and other sources to produce clear, data-driven reports and visualizations that inform capacity-related decision-making
Support team members with back-office maintenance of planning parameters to ensure quicker and consistent inputs for the parameters
Support team members by preparing presentation materials, performing analyses, and creating concise visual summaries for a variety of project topics
Assist in MS Teams folder administration & organization as necessary
Provide ad-hoc analytical support on capacity planning, location strategy, hiring forecasts, and related subjects as necessary
What you bring
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Data Science or related disciplines
Strong focus on data analysis and visualization; proficient in Excel
Experience preparing clear, visually appealing slide decks and reports
Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders (cross‑functional teams, management) to deliver on a topic
Computer skills: Able to work with latest AI products would be advantageous
Language skills: Fluent English (written and spoken)
Soft skills: Team player, highly organized, responsible, proactive communicator; can work independently
Other important skills/experience: internships, student jobs or project work demonstrating analytical and presentation experience would be highly desired
Working from the Garching office is required once a week

You will join SAP's Workforce Planning team, which does capacity planning for the whole of services arm of SAP. In addition, the team works on location strategy as well as hiring guidance and execution topics for a large part of the company.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
